Resurfaced tennis court adds estimated $100K property value.
The customer now has an all-weather, year-round, professional tennis court in his own backyard!
A recently purchased holiday investment property in Victorian beachside suburb, Blairgowrie has been converted by Grassports Australia from an old granitic sand tennis court to an attractive synthetic grass surface.
Not only was the existing granitic sand court unattractive in appearance, but was impossible to use in wet weather conditions. Grassports Australia was chosen by this new customer on recommendation from other nearby clients to resurface the tennis court with new synthetic grass.
The customer now has an all-weather, year-round tennis court that under advice from a local real estate agent could increase the property value by up to $100K.
Grassports Australia’s solution was to rebuild the court with only minor base works and resurface it with Australian made 16mm synthetic grass. The court was then treated with green sand infill for an amazingly appealing looking court.
A satisfied customer’s own social tennis “championship” will now take place on a professional quality tennis court in his own backyard.
