Hume Anglican Grammar

Grassports was awarded the project at Hume Anglican Grammar by Edmanson Constructions. We have worked with Hume Anglican Grammar on multiple projects the past, so they were aware of our abilities and expertise in synthetic grass oval constructions.

We excavated and disposed of the surface layer 280mm deep, then supplied and installed composite geofabric to the subgrade. Next was the 20mm deep crushed rock layer with final dust. Drainage included concrete spoon drain and perimeter pick up spoon drain connected to storm water.

The Ligaturf 240 synthetic surface was laid on a Proplay 23mm thick interlocking shock pad. Then finished with crumbed rubber and sand. The project was a success, and both the school and builders are pleased with the completed soccer oval.
