Surrey Hills Primary School

Grassports Australia were approached by Surrey Hills Primary School initially to repair their existing cracked, worn and faded acrylic multipurpose courts.

Given the state of the surface, which was first laid almost 20 years ago, Grassports Australia drew on their extensive experience and advised that the best value for money and most practical outcome was to resurface the courts.

Works included excavation of severe tree root intrusion, levelling the site, installation of new asphalt base, replacement of fencing and gates and applying a world-class acrylic sports surface.

These courts are situated in the centre of the school. At Grassports we pride ourselves on working seamlessly within the operations of a complex school environment to ensure student safety and to avoid intrusion on the school function.

The result is a vibrant multipurpose area featuring basketball, netball and volleyball that will be enjoyed by the students of Surrey Hills Primary for many years to come.
