Wesley College

Wesley College contacted Grassports to resurface the hockey pitch at the school. They are a long-time client of Grassports, know the quality of our workmanship and are impressed by our in-house skilled staff. We have been maintaining the existing hockey pitch for many years (and continue to do so). Grassports also previously upgraded the schools other hockey pitch surface at the Albert Park campus.
 
The reasoning for the upgrade was the existing hockey pitch was an old technology, which used a sand filled system and wasn’t compliant with the ITF and FIH regulations. Grassports upgraded the facilities hockey pitch using 100% Australian made Poligas ECO HT synthetic turf, which is ITF and FIH compliant. The pitch also includes line markings for 12 tennis courts! 
 
Not only will the 1000+ students and staff at the college be able to use the elite surface, it will be enjoyed by tennis academies after hours and for weekend school sport and tournaments.
 
Wesley College is delighted with the upgrade and says it freshens up the entry to the school. Grassports is proud to have constructed the facility for the school and its active student population and look forward to keeping the trusted ongoing relationship.
