2022 Grassports Senior Country Championships

Grassports congratulates all the players who participated in the 2022 Grassports Senior Country Championships over the Queen’s birthday long weekend (11– 13 June). It was fantastic to see the event up and running again for the first time since 2019!

The Women’s matches were played at Stead Park, Geelong and the Men’s matches were played at Footscray Hockey Centre.

Open Men A Grade: Goulburn Valley Hockey Association, Geelong Hockey Association, Hockey Ballarat, Hockey Central Vic, Sunraysia Hockey Association and Warrnambool Districts Hockey Association.

Mens B Grade: Hockey Ballarat, Hockey Central Vic and North Central Hockey Association.

Mens Masters: Goulburn Valley Hockey Association, Hockey Ballarat (White), Hockey Ballarat (Red) and Hockey Central Vic.

Womens A Grade: Hockey Albury Wodonga, Hockey Central Vic (Blue), Hockey Central Vic (Yellow) and Geelong Hockey Association.

Womens B Grade: Latrobe Valley Hockey Association, Sunraysia Hockey Association and East Gippsland Hockey Association.

Womens Masters/C Grade: Maryborough, North Central Hockey Association, Geelong Hockey Association and Hockey Ballarat.
 

A massive thank you to Hockey Victoria for hosting and organising a wonderful event. Also, a thank you to the SCC Coordinators, coaches, team managers, officials, event organisers, venues and volunteers who made this year’s Senior Country Championships possible.
